Birim Media Export
Download your WordPress media library as one zip file. Back it up, move it to another site, or hand it to a client.
What it does
- Works on large libraries: the zip streams to your browser while it is built. No temp files, no extra disk space. Supports archives over 4 GB.
- Keeps your folders (year/month, as on the server) or puts everything in one folder.
- Originals or every size: include the thumbnails WordPress generated, or not.
- Filters by file type and upload month, to export in chunks.
- media-export.csv with every file's title, alt text, caption, description, date and URL.
- Safe: administrators only, nonce-checked, and only files inside your uploads folder are added.
- One file. PHP 7.4+, WordPress 6.0+. No libraries, no tracking, no external requests.

Moving from Export Media Library
There are no settings to move. Deactivate the old plugin and use Media → Export.
Optional paid service (planned)
Media Export is complete and free. We're planning an optional, opt-in service for the parts that are hard to do on your own server, starting with approvals (reliable email, certificates, an off-site archive). If you'd want something for Media Export too, such as scheduled off-site backups of your library, tell us in the waitlist note. Join the waitlist.
